Tai Chi Session

Join us for a special Tai Chi session provided by the Tai Chi Academy of Canada. Tai Chi can be practiced anywhere, anytime. with no need for special gear or a change of clothing. Practiced by millions of people over the centuries, Tai Chi has been proven helpful to the health of the body. The movements are relaxing and tend to naturally stretch the muscles, tendons, and ligaments in a gentle manner. Please note that this session will take place outdoors, but will move indoors if the weather is inclement.
Living Well at 55 Plus workshops are held on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month at 📍Crescent Fort Rouge United Church 525 Wardlaw Ave. in Winnipeg’s Osborne Village.
